Today, with shrinking margins, fierce competition and scarcity of labor, it's important to measure efficiency and bill for everything that needs to be billed.<\/strong><\/h4>



When, in addition, your teams are mobile, moving from one address to another, from one worksite to another, or simply working away from your site, it becomes difficult to measure their effectiveness and efficiency, while at the same time gathering the data essential for invoicing and managing your inventories. Add to this the fact that hourly rates vary according to the time of day, the regulations in force or the type of employee, and the situation can become problematic and the justification to your customers of the hours invoiced relatively uncertain, not to mention the time spent by your administrative staff to sort it all out!<\/p>

      How are your teams transported to the job site?<\/strong><\/p>

      1. You charge the customer a fixed fee and the actual time becomes the cost of this fixed fee.<\/li>
      2. You bill the customer for actual travel time<\/li>
      3. You count this time as part of your fixed overheads.<\/li><\/ol>

        Many other questions will have to be answered during the course of the project:<\/strong><\/p>

        • What information do mobile workers need to have access to on site?<\/li>
        • Should they take photos or notes?<\/li>
        • Do we need to share documents with them?<\/li>
        • Does the customer have to sign for the job?<\/li>
        • Do we have any points to validate before completing a job?<\/li><\/ul>
